As the Patient Advocate I always try to keep the patient’s feelings and their perception of Bluebonnet’s care my main focus. Patients call me with a variety of questions. Some are very easy to answer such as, finding the phone number of a nurse or a billing issue. Others deal with emotional issues and take more understanding and special attention. I respect and value every Bluebonnet patient and work very hard to resolve any issues or answer any questions quickly.
